The product is manufactured as a class in its segment keeping in view the complete safety norms required under BIS and International standards. The management and the technical staff have an experience of more than 50 years manufacturing of wire & cables of repute.

The Company has launched a variety of products to meet the requirement of todays National & International market involving various safety norms.

1. FLAME RETARDANT (FR) WIRES & CABLES.
2. FLAME RETARDENT LOW SMOKE & HALOGEN (FR-LSH) WIRES & CABLES.
3. HEAT RESISTANT & FLAME RETARDENT (HR-FR) WIRES & CABLES.
4. ZERO HALOGEN LOW SMOKE (ZHLS-FR) WIRES & CABLES.

(FR) - FLAME RESISTANT WIRES & CABLES:
The product is insulated with Fire Retardant PVC compound. The formulation of the FR compound is in house to control the quality of the PVC compound. The FR grade PVC used in this product has high oxygen & Temperature index due to these properties spread of fire even on very high temperature is restricted. The compound has been formulated to offer high insulation resistance value & dielectric strength to avoid current leakage which can be detrimental to the installations and at the same time threat to the human life. The current leakage level has been controlled well below the safety norms i.e. is 0.75 ma.

(FR-LSH) - FLAME RETARDENT LOW SMOKE b HALOGEN:
The product manufactured under this category is with advanced properties in the formulation of PVC compound, the Compound has an enhanced property to reduce the toxic smoke generation in case of fire to avoid suffocation and visibility hazards caused in case of ordinary PVC compound. This product has shown very good results in case of fire in crowded places like hospitals, Malls, Office complex, schools, Cinema halls and other highly crowed places. The measured Oxygen index in product is higher-29% against 25% in case of normal PVC and the Maximum Smoke Density rating value is 60%.

(HR-FR) - HEAT RESISTANT- FLAME RETARDANT:
This product is specially designed for Industrial purposes where the temperature remains high under normal circumstances due to various machinery or furnaces. This compound is designed to bear a temperature up to 105°C as compared to 70°C in case of normal PVC compound

(ZHLS) - ZERO HALOGEN LOW SMOKE -FR CABLES:
This is very advanced product a special Polymer with zero halogen emission, low smoke with flame retardant properties and has made its place in the new upcoming projects such as Airports, Hospital Malls, High rise buildings, cinema Halls, etc. It has an excellent light transmission (Visibility) index of > 80. the release of Halogen gas during burning is <1 %. This product has an excellent flame retardancy and better temperature index of 280°C

Every product is being manufactured as per the BIS standards or as per the specification of the customer.

• Tolerance on Thickness of Insulation
  The smallest of the measured values of thickness of insulation shall not fall below the nominal value specified in the relevant tables by more than (0.1 mm + 0.1 t₁) Where t₁ = Nominal Thickness of Insulation in mm.
• Tolerance of Thickness of Sheath
  The smallest of the measured values of thickness of sheath shall not fall below the nominal value specified in the relevant tables by more than (0.2 mm + 0.2 t_s) Where t_s = Nominal Thickness of Sheath in mm.
• Laying up of core for 2, 3 and 4 core cables
  The cores are be laid together with a suitable right hand lay.
• Flat 2 and 3 core cable
  The cores are laid side by side. In case of 2 core flat cables with Earth continuity conductor the core and the E.C.C are laid side by side in the same plane with E.C.C. occupying the central position.

Wires are made form the purest form of Copper & PVC Compound with rigorous testing at every stage by our team of qualified engineers. FR/FRLS characteristics like oxygen index, temperature index, smoke density, Halogen %age & Flammability etc.are maintained as per ASTM / IEC Standards.
